Ingredient Quality
Our Bread Depot Team ensures quality through small batch pick ups from our partners. This means we pick up freshly milled flours every week and consume this flours also the same week. Our goal is to get flour to your doorstep in its freshest state! Nevertheless, if there are concerns about quality and freshness of the products you receive, please let us know. With the best of our abilities, we will help hash out any issues with your order.

Bakeware Quality
Our Bakeware are curated from quality suppliers. Ensuring long lasting baking. Our Products are commercial grade and therefore also normal to have some small scratches from transport and handling. In the event of faulty or defect that passed our quality checks, please let us know so we can provide immediate solution to your concern.
Food Allergy Disclaimer
Bread Depot product's main allergen is gluten from the processing of our flour. All our products and orders are processed in the same facility in contact with flour. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Bread Depot will not assume any liability for any allergy reactions from the use of our products.
Stocking
All available products will be posted in our website. In the event of out of stock items, please contact us when next availability will be, we will be happy to update when we replenish our stocks. In the event of out of stock items where order has already been paid for, our staff will contact you and offer an alternative solution.
Order Processing
Once orders are placed and verified, Customers will receive a confirmation email and a message through viber or text.
Confirmed and verified orders will be processed within 3 hours after order is verified.

Payments
Orders must be paid in full within 24 hours of order placement.

Order Modifications
Order modification is only allowed prior to booking of courier. Bread Depot reserves the right to reject order modifications if courier has already been booked.
Orders may be manually modified after order has been processed. Please contact our staff for any modification for your order , payment amount and courier fees.
Bread Depot reserves the right to modify the courier based on the total weight of the products.
PWD & Senior Citizen Discount
PWDs and senior citizens are entitled to a 5% discount on all Bread Depot Commodity products, and kitchenware products that they will personally use. This excludes delivery charges. A maximum discount of 125 per purchase per week will be honored by Bread Depot.
The discount will be applied to all retail products (1 kilo SKU Variants), bundles (5kg and 25kg sacks) will not be included as prices are considered promotional and wholesale.
The discount can only be availed if the person ordering is the cardholder. A copy of their valid PWD or senior citizen ID is required, as well as a copy of a valid government-issued ID.

Pickup + Delivery Locations
There are 2 pick up locations to choose from:
1) 13 Dinalupihan Street Damar Village Quezon City - this serves as the default pick up address
2) 388 Quezon Ave Dona Josefa Quezon City - scheduled pick up will be the next day after order is confirmed
Delivery within Metro Manila
Dispatch Times
Pickup and delivery dispatch times can be chosen at checkout — please note that while the time for pickup pertains to when your order will be ready, the time for delivery is when we will send out your order! Delivery time will depend on your location and booking conditions on the day of.
Pickup orders can be claimed from 9 am to 5 pm.
Delivery (by courier or by company) orders are dispatched from 10 am - 2 pm.
Weekly Schedules for deliveries is as follows:
Thursday: Makati, Mandaluyong, BGC
Saturday: Quezon City Area
Third-Party Deliveries
We make sure to do quality checks for your orders, all orders are guaranteed to be in good condition and well packed before handing over to the courier.
We are not responsible for late or failed deliveries if:
An incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address was provided.
The recipient of the order is unavailable at the time of delivery.
Parking fees, toll fees, and the like must be settled by the customer.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are paid at checkout.
Bread Depot provides daily delivery service within the following area (Damar Village, Araneta, Quezon Avenue, Banawe, Dapitan, West Ave, Tomas Morato, Caloocan (Grace Park and Nearby Areas), Clover Leaf of our default pick up address. Orders with a minimum amount of 500 pesos can avail this delivery service.
Fee for delivery service is a flat rate of 100 pesos. This accounts for any tips for quick courier deployment.
Bread Depot also have weekly scheduled deliveries to Makati / Mandaluyong / BGC (250 php) and Alabang / Pasay/ Paranaque (300 pesos).
Delivery fees are calculated based on actual courier charge with the allowance for tips to expedite booking of the courier. Excess or lack from the paid amount will not be refunded nor be charged to the customer. This will allow for a smoother transition for the customers to get their orders as soon as possible.
Schedule will be posted once you pick the option of the respective area.
For Faster Transactions, buyer can book their own courier at their own expense between the said pick up times.

Incorrect Deliveries
If the error was made by us, we will complete your order and deliver it free of charge at the earliest possible time. We will also pick up the incorrect orders that was recieved
Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed only up until orders have not been booked by courier. Once booked orders are considered final and not cancellable.
No-Shows
Unclaimed pickup orders are only available until 5 pm on the day of pickup.
Unclaimed orders delivered by third-party couriers are immediately forfeited.
Bread Depot reserves the right not to refund your order payment and delivery fees.
Refunds + Replacements
Bread Depot only accepts refund and exchange claims within 7 Days of order receipt. Claims past this window will be decided upon on a case-by-case basis.
Making a Claim
To begin making a claim, please answer the form below. If your order is found not to meet our standards, or a genuine mistake has been made, you may opt to receive a refund or a replacement.

Refunds
Refunds in cash are made via bank transfer or gcash
We do not give refunds in excess of an order's total price.
Replacements
We will not accept unauthorized returns and will not give refunds in case one is made.
Orders will be replaced with the same product at the earliest possible date.
Order replacements may be picked up or delivered free of charge.
Unacceptable Claims
Claims for the following reasons will not be accepted:
Your order was properly packed and in good condition when deployed.
Your order was damaged while in transit.
Your order contains an ingredient that you are sensitive or allergic to.
Your order was not stored properly.
